Lower Macungie Township, Little Lehigh West. Presently, there is a fourth development project in the works
called Old Station in Upper Milford Township.
During these large builds, Anthony T. Koneski Inc. has never strayed from their interest in the other parts of
their business... renovations and additions. In 2008 they received an award from the Lehigh Valley Builders
Association (LVBA) Awards for Professional Excellence Program for "Best in Basement finishes for under $50K".
In 2009 they were awarded LVBA's "Best in Whole House Renovations for under $200K", 2010 saw them receive
"Builder of the Year" award, in 2012 they received "New Home up to $300K" and 2013 saw them receive "New Home
up to $400K" award.
Anthony T. Koneski, Inc. keeps up-to-date with new regulations, trends and codes by maintaining membership with
the LVBA and National Association of Home Builders. They have recently completed several training courses
including: Green Building & Business Management with the NAHB and the EPA Lead Safety Renovation course.
